Once again we are hectic. It is the second to last week to get everything ready and prepared for Final Presentation Night, and I have never been so stressed.
Just getting the Final Product actually done is a task in itself, then we have to do our 30 minute speeches, and preparing for the night of FPN which includes: programs, invitations, powerpoints, food, and our mentor recognition speeches.
And we have one week. one week, and then we have to present in front of crowds of people.
This is the time I would usually start to doubt myself and wonder if I have the confidence and ability to pull off something so big as this. But one thing ISM has taught me is that what you put into ISM, is what you will get out of it. And I have put so much handwork into this year that I have exceeded all expectations for myself and I feel like I have gained so much confidence from the beginning of the year until now. I have gained communication skills, public speaking skills and more knowledge about my field of study.
As far as my final product goes, we have progressed so much. We have made all the screens we feel are necessary to the prototype of Moodle, and tomorrow we will meet and put each screen into Invision. (Invasion is a website that allows designers to upload .psd screens and link them to make it look like a live website without it actually having to be). And once it is hooked up and ready to go in invasion, my final product will be complete!! I am so excited to show it to each and every one of you so please make time on May 20th to come to Final Presentation Night which starts at 6pm at Liberty High School in Frisco, TX and come see what I have worked so hard on for the past year.
It would mean so much if you all came to see me and support me in my work, so I hope to see you all there!
